Processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days of purchase. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping destinations

We ship worldwide from our U.S. or China headquarters warehouse. We currently deliver to the United States and 27 additional countries worldwide.

Shipping rates and delivery

• Free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $250.
• Orders under $250 are charged shipping calculated at checkout.
• International orders are shipped via USPS or DHL Express; rates are calculated at checkout.

Delivery times

Delivery times depend on your destination and the chosen shipping method; estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout.

Customs and duties

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
