We accept returns only for items that arrive damaged or defective. Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Our policy covers damaged or defective items only. If your piece arrives flawed, email cs@yuendesign.com within 14 days of delivery with photographs and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

We ship within the 48 contiguous United States only. We are not able to deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other U.S. territories, or any other country at this time.

Our pieces are made and dispatched from our studio in China. Your parcel is handed to an international carrier for the overseas leg and delivered to your address by USPS within the 48 contiguous United States.

Most orders arrive within 7-14 business days of dispatch. Deliveries to remote areas within the 48 states may take a little longer.

Free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $250. Orders under $250 are charged shipping calculated at checkout.

No. Duties and import charges for U.S. deliveries are handled by us. You will not be asked to pay any additional customs fee on delivery.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships. Orders are processed within 2-3 business days.

If you need to cancel or change your order, please email cs@yuendesign.com before your order ships. We will do our best to accommodate your request. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled or changed.

Yes. Every order includes tracking, and your tracking link is emailed to you as soon as your parcel is dispatched.

Yes. Every piece is cast with the lost-wax technique and hand-finished, so small variations in detail, colour and surface are normal and part of the character of a handmade object.

Hand-wash with mild soap and warm water and dry with a soft cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners and sudden temperature changes, which can stress glass.
