Thank you for shopping with Yuen Design LLC.

Our pieces are handcrafted works of art produced in limited quantities. Due to the nature of artisanal production, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or defective items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at cs@yuendesign.com with your order number and photos of the issue. Once confirmed, we will provide a replacement or a full refund to your original payment method.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days and will appear on your original payment method statement within one billing cycle.

Non-returnable items

Items damaged by misuse, accidents, or normal wear are not eligible for return or refund.
